Terms of delivery

General

Packages are generally shipped within 48 hours after receipt of your payment. The standard shipping method is Colissimo with tracking, delivered without signature.

As soon as possible, we will provide you with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or the weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order.

We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is taken for packages containing fragile products.

The delivery area

• Delivery in mainland France:

Your orders can be delivered in mainland France, Corsica and Monaco.
For logistical reasons, we are currently unable to offer you a delivery outside the  Metropolitan France.
 

The delivery time

An average of 24 to 48 working hours is usually observed between the time you place an order and the time your package leaves our warehouses for available products.

Colissimo packages are delivered between 48 and 72 hours as soon as your order is taken care of by the Post Office.

We decline all responsibilities in the event of late delivery due to circumstances not inherent to our responsibility such as transport or road strike, post office, delivery people ...
